Elias Nassif has more than 30 years of experience in the engineering, construction, marine and offshore industries. Previous to his current position as the CEO, he spent 8 years as Executive VP of GMMOS Group managing a fleet of 45 offshore support vessels, steel fabrication workshops, ship repair/ship conversion and mobile crane leasing businesses. Additionally, Mr. Nassif founded Stanford marine operations in the GCC. Prior to joining GMMOS Mr. Nassif was with Stone & Webster Engineering and Hudson Engineering (a McDermott company) in Houston, Texas. Mr. Nassif holds a B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Eng. from Boston University (1982) and a M.S. in Ocean Eng. From Massachusetts Institute of Technology, US (1983).

Ramjee has over 12 years of experience in Public Accounting and Marine Construction. Prior to joining GMMOS in 1997, he worked in Bahrain and Singapore for KPMG and as a Financial Controller of OPMI, Marine Construction and Onshore operations. Ramjee holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) and is a graduate of Osmania University Hyderabad, India, a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK.
Shamjith N. V.
Chief Commercial Officer Stanford Marine
Shamjith Nayam Veettil has over 26 years of experience in the offshore marine services industry. Before his current role as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), he served as General Manager at Stanford Marine from 2017 to 2022 and held the position of Business Development & Contracts Manager from 2010 to 2017.
Shamjith began his career with Doha Marine Services (DMS) in Qatar in 1998 and later transitioned to Minnow Marine Projects Ltd (MMPL), Dubai in 2006. Following MMPL’s merger with Stanford Marine Group in 2010, Shamjith continued to excel in various capacities within the organization.
Jamal Abki
General Manager Grandweld
Jamal Abki is the General Manager of Grandweld, a position he has held since 1998, after serving as Operations Manager for Grandweld starting in 1986. Before joining Grandweld he held positions with the Tozzi Group for the construction, installation and commissioning of the largest power plant in Jordan; with ADPPOC (IRSHAD) Abu Dhabi as Chief Engineer for the Offshore Fleet at Ruwais and Zirku; and with Kuwait Oil Tanker Company where he participated in the construction of 4 LPG Carriers and one VLCC in La Ciotat Shipyard (France), then served as Marine Engineer Officer onboard each of these vessels. Jamal holds a bachelor degree and competency certificate in Marine Engineering from the Maritime Academy of Alexandria, Egypt.
