Stanford Marine Group (“SMG”) is a Dubai-based company that serves the oil and gas industry, focusing on the chartering, building and repairing of Offshore Support Vessels (“OSVs”) across a number of growth markets SMG comprises two business lines: its chartering business, conducted by Stanford Marine and its shipbuilding and ship repair business, conducted by Grandweld.
